The hoofmove team

Michelle and Andy established hoofmove in 2001 as there was a need for professional and exclusive horse transport services.

hoofmove team Michelle Michelle left her job in the City to pursue the love of her life, horses and working with them. Michelle is professionally qualified and a graduate of University College of Wales Aberystwyth, and is highly expert in the transportation of horses having travelled thousands of horses thousands of miles nationwide over the years.

Michelle holds the DEFRA Advanced Certificate of Competence for the Transport of Animals by Road. She is schooled in the horsemanship techniques used by Monty Roberts, IH and Parelli. She is instinctively patient in her approach to horses.
 
hoofmove team Andy Andy, a graduate of University College of Wales Swansea, and previously a publisher, he usually looks after affairs in the office although increasingly he also drives, loads and handles horses.

Andy holds the DEFRA Advanced Certificate of Competence for the Transport of Animals by Road (ACET) and is qualified to travel horses for journeys up to 24 hours, domestically and internationally.

Michelle and Andy have years of experience in the horse transportation industry and strive to offer a professional and dedicated horse transport service to those who want the best for their horses.
